Randy will personally implement the following, at his expense within 7 days of receipt of listing.

  1. Upload listing to the Toronto Real Estate Board's Multiple Listing Service (MLS).


  2. Supply, install, and maintain a professional 'For Sale' sign including Agent's name, Website URL, office number (24 hour paging) & cellular number (voicemail).


  3. Schedule, advertise, and conduct:
    • 'Open House Tour' for agents.
    • 'Open House' for the public, as required (if you wish)


  4. Produce and maintain a continuous supply of full colour 'Feature sheets' on the premises, with photos to highlight property upgrades, pertinent information and selling features.


  5. Post 'Welcome' sign, which politely asks guests to remove shoes and refrain from smoking.


  6. Post 'Flash Card' signs, where suitable, to highlight your property's best selling features.


  7. ADVERTISE YOUR PROPERTY UNTIL SOLD!


  8. Distribute 'Just Listed' flyers to your neighbourhood via Canada Post.


  9. Film Virtual Tour of property (minimum 4 scenes).

  10. Film still photos of interior and exterior of property. Attach and link to Feature Sheets & Websites.

  12. INTERNET ADVERTISING with Randy's email, cellular & office numbers, 'Showcase home' banner, customized ad copy, six photos and a 'Virtual Tour' link of your property posted on homestore.ca, mls.ca, realtor.com, remaxwest.com, remax.ca, RandyYetman.com, and HomesOfToronto.ca.


  13. Constantly promote your property through other activities including fellow realtors, business and social contacts, and my database of hundreds of satisfied clients, investors and prospects.


  14. Maintain log of all showings for feedback & follow-up and provide you with regular progress reports.


  15. Promptly present all offers to you personally. Negotiate the best price, terms, and conditions for you.


  16. After your property is sold, I provide FREE post-sale service, advice and reliable referral services.
